As per the experience gained by the corporation so far the various operations of the different activities proposed under the project can be very well carried out efficiently and in time by the corporation. There is no need to mention that the project is not only multidisciplinary but multi dimensional also. As a matter of fact it is an integrated project wherein the care is being taken right from awareness till improving the quality of the finished products and introducing diversification of products. Artisans will produce new items along with the traditional items being produced by the artisans engaged in one or other activity proposed under the project. It would be rather easier to achieve this due to multi level approach of awareness, technical know how, skill upgradation, appropriate technology, workshop facility, regular and constant supervision and guidance etc.
Keeping all these inputs in view, the families likely to be associated and engaged in various activities, facilities, services etc .proposed to be extended under the project are likely to earn more income as compared to earlier one due to skill upgradation, technical know-how and workshop facility. Most of the artisans at present are preparing traditional items with the help of their age -old implements. They have not been properly exposed to the design and shapes of the product, which are likely to be in demand by the educated sophisticated society due to the introduction of this multidisciplinary innovative project, they will be able to prepare new articles of more acceptable share and designs of the product of different activity and will be able to prepare new articles of more acceptable share and design which can be easily marketable in the neighbouring developed marketing the quality of various items due to skill up gradation, workshop facility and constant supervision and guidance of the experts of the different activities.
The efficiency of the artisans and productivity of the trade is also going to be improved remarkably due to workshop facility at free of cost in the initial stage and therefore the production of the such items proposed project is expected to be helpful in.
