| Monitoring |

The monitoring will be done by the GRIMCO staff, scientist and experts of CLRI and NGO personnel regularly project monitoring committee (PMC) will be set up to do the monitoring. The PMC will consists of GRIMCO staffs and selected NGO's personnel.
- They will monitor the physical and financial aspects of the project .For this purpose the staffs will visit the project sites to assess the Progress of the project.
- Field observation and interview-schedule will be the tools for gathering primary data. Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Techniques can also be used.
- The monitoring and evaluation will be done keeping in view the objectives of the projects.
- The evaluation will be based on impact assessment, outcome assessment and process assessment.
- Periodic monitoring of the level of awareness of the artisans will be done to make objective assessment.
